Enrollment Dates
Enrollment for the 2026.2027 school year will be Wednesday, August 5th from noon to 8 pm and Thursday, August 6th from 8 am to 4 pm. If you are not able to make either of these times, please contact your school office.
Special Board Meeting 7/20/2026
USD 269 Palco will hold a special board meeting on Monday, July 20, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Damar Elementary School for the purpose of discussing non-elected personnel. The agenda for the meeting will be: Call to order; roll call; consent agenda of resignation and non-elected personnel; executive session for the purpose of discussing non-elected personnel and adjournment. PreK Teacher Opening
USD #269 is currently searching for a PreK teacher for the 2026.2027 school year. Qualified applicants must hold a Kansas Teaching License with the endorsement of Early Childhood Education (EC-EC or PRK-3) or Early Childhood Unified (B-K or B-3) or Elementary Education (PRK-6). Applicants must be able to pass a background check, have high ethical standards and will maintain confidentiality regarding student and district matters.
